I just can't help myself. Erika and I were talking about the upcoming G.I. Joe movie, and I felt compelled to post another Eccleston picspam.

His cheekbones just kill me.

I love the expression on his face.

I can never get enough of the pics from the street scene in EotW.

I'm so very afraid for the GI Joe movie. First, because I'm afraid it'll completely suck, and second because I'm afraid I'll like it anyway.

Yeah. I'm hoping it will be along the lines of TMNT & Transformers: terrible, but still a lot of fun.

Anyway, my strongest memory of GI Joe is the time my brother and I were watching it, and he felt inspired by something onscreen to beat the hell out of me with a pillow, managing to knock one of my teeth out.

There's very little chance this movie will make a worse memory, I think...

Wow. So, worst case, the terribleness of the new movie will replace the terribleness of that memory :-/

I don't remember really enjoying the show (well, except for the "and knowing is half the battle" bits at the end), but I liked the toys. My brother and I had the big base, which was basically a dollhouse masquerading as something else.

Heh, it wasn't as bad as it probably sounds. My brother didn't really mean to hurt me, and fortunately, it was a baby tooth, and eventually grew back. Still, unpleasant.

Yeah... we had a bunch of the figures. I did not have the base, but I did have Skeletor's Castle, and so that made a great place to use the toys.

Exactly how I felt about The Dark is Rising. Fairly terribly movie - but I had to buy it because - *guh* - leather and feathers......
