It's sort of interesting to see how the movieverse part of the fandom generally portrays their relationship though; there are some tendencies that are so different from comics fandom it's kind of amusing.
I still find it a bit hard to HATE Howard in MA!verse though since he's... Somehow easier to understand there. He clearly had issues with his own father. Although it's a bit of a shame a large part of the fandom doesn't seem to be aware of his existence since most have only read MA: Avengers, I think?
Idk, I just want all the fics with Steve meeting his prospective father-in-law. All of them. I've only found one and that is saaad. :'(
