Yeah, stopping shaving hasn't really helped much at all with dryness, but at least I don't get dryness plus irritation from shaving, so that's a plus.
It's weird- some of my cohort don't shave their legs, and that's never bothered me on other people, though it completely does on myself. But on the other hand, I don't tend to like much armpit hair on anyone. It even grosses me out on my brothers. So that might be less of a gender thing and more of an aesthetic thing? I don't even know.
