I've only just gotten into Pushing Daisies, and now it looks like it is pretty much doomed to be canceled. Why, ABC, why?

*sigh*

Date: 2008-11-06 07:20 pm (UTC)I liked Wonderfalls a lot, too, which was apparently canceled in large part because no one could relate to the characters. I'm not sure what it says about me that I immediately and strongly id'ed with the main character, Jaye. :)
Also, I've only ever seen one episode of Dead Like Me (the pilot, whenever it first aired, so a while ago) - is it worth the time to check out? How long is it?
